SOLUTION
WE REIMAGINED OUR RHYTHM N FUNK URBAN SHOW AND CUSTOMIZED PROPS AND FIXTURES TO INCORPORATE THE CLIENT’S PRODUCTS AND SHOW DURABILITY TO THE ATTENDEES. LIVE MUSIC, DANCERS, TAPPERS, DRUMMERS, AND SINGERS CONVERGED IN ORLANDO TO PROVIDE A “STOMP” INSPIRED 17-MINUTE PERFORMANCE FEATURING THE CLIENT’S NEW AND EXCITING NEW PRODUCTS.

To introduce their new Edge Class ship – a beautiful vessel that challenges the industry with its innovative take on design and architecture – Celebrity tasked us with creating an event that focuses on what cruiseline.com reports is the most important aspect of cruising to consumers: the food.
The event needed to reinforce their belief in culinary and introduce the latest dining innovations onboard the Edge, while generating buzz amongst the press. We needed to push the boundaries of a traditional press event or sit-down dinner, and create an experience that would truly engage eyes and taste buds.

Project Overview: Celebrity Cruises is one of the three distinctive cruise lines owned and operated by Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. As the brand’s luxury cruise line, Celebrity prides itself on its ability to deliver warm, “contemporary design” and “attentive, highly-personalized customer service”.
To introduce their new Edge Class ship – a beautiful vessel that challenges the industry with its innovative take on design and architecture – Celebrity tasked us with creating an event that focuses on what cruiseline.com reports is the most important aspect of cruising to consumers: the food.
The event needed to reinforce their belief in culinary and introduce the latest dining innovations onboard the Edge, while generating buzz amongst the press. We needed to push the boundaries of a traditional press event or sit-down dinner, and create an experience that would truly engage eyes and taste buds.

Our proposal: Replicate the on-ship dining experience by transforming a 70,000 square foot space into a stimulating experiential environment allowing attendees to see, feel and taste the award-winning dining experience that awaits travelers aboard Celebrity Edge.
What we did/ Opening statement: We designed physical vignettes of each restaurant, drawing inspiration from the food, the culture and the actual Edge Class design.

For the design of the culinary environment, we drew inspiration from the cuisine and its fresh ingredients, the place of origin, and the actual aesthetic design of each restaurant. Then constructed our 9 unique “mini restaurants” which served food in a cocktail type setting so that guests could freely move around the space and sample Celebrity’s culinary delights at their leisure. All food was provided by Celebrity’s Michelin Star Chef, Cornelius Gallagher, Celebrity’s AVP, Food & Beverage.

CREATE, DESIGN & EXECUTE A LIVE BRAND ACTIVATION AND EXPERIENCE IN FRONT OF 30 THOUSAND PEOPLE TO MARKET THE RELEASE OF THE NEWEST INSTALLMENT OF THE POPULAR VIDEO GAME “JUST DANCE”.
SOLUTION
I DIRECTED, CHOREOGRAPHED, AND PRODUCED A LIVE RECREATION OF THE VIDEO GAME ON STAGE. 30 LIVE DANCERS IN COSTUMES LEARNED THE DANCE “INVERTED” AND 3 MCS URGED THE CROWD TO WATCH AS OUR DANCERS SYNCED WITH THE VIDEO GAME IN REAL-TIME TO CREATE A VISUAL INTERPRETATION OF THE VIDEO GAME LIVE ON STAGE. WE ALSO RECRUITED ADDITIONAL DANCERS WHO WERE IN THE CROWD TO LEAD THE DANCE FOR THE CROWD.

Belgium National Team
We were privileged to work with the Belgian National Soccer Team during the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
Challenge
The Belgium National team qualified for the FIFA World Cup and was headed to Rio de Janeiro! MATCH Hospitality asked us to partner with them in creating and managing three events that would engage family members, friends, staff and special guests of the Belgium team during their time in Brazil.
Insight
Idea
Design and implement a “Welcome to Brazil” event for the team, staff and their families to experience the culture, music and food of this exciting and amazing country.
Design and implement a “Brazilian Brunch” event prior to Belgium’s match agains the United States.
Design and implement a “Players Appreciation Dinner” celebrating the team’s accomplishments during the World Cup.

Impact
Two of the three events were executed to the standards of MATCH Hospitality and Adams Davy. The final event was cancelled due to a number of factors including safety when riots broke out in Brazil due to allegations of racketeering and embezzlement charges against FIFA officials on the day of the scheduled event.
The experience ended on a high note when the Belgium National Team and Beanyman sports executed “The Mannequin Challenge during one of their meals. The post earned 475k impressions and great additional exposure of the team’s fun side.
